At its Oct. 15 meeting, the St. James City Council adopted Resolution 10-24-02 supporting the city's participation in the Recharge America recognition program. Councilperson Paul Harris introduced the resolution; Councilperson Kathleen Hanson seconded it and the resolution passed by hand vote, recorded 4-0 in favor.
