Mayor Horace Hudgins read a letter requesting that Mrs. Helen Moses be appointed to the Irwin County Library Board. On a motion by Councilwoman Mona Paulk, seconded by Councilwoman Patrice Y.W. Manley, the council voted 5-0 to appoint Helen Moses to the Irwin County Library Board of Trustees.
