The Hanover Park Board agreed during its Feb. 25 meeting to complete the trail at Pheasant Run Park and make targeted facility upgrades. The board’s stated consensus called for finishing the trail, updating the existing basketball hoop and backstop, adding one shade area near the playground and allocating any remaining park improvement funds to projects at other parks.
