Member asks Council to prioritize comprehensive plan review or amend commission review requirement
Planning Commission member Chad Olson urged that the comprehensive plan be added to the City Council's High Priority list or that the Planning Commission ordinance be revised to remove the mandatory five-year review requirement, during discussion of the Draft Council Strategic Planning Report.

During presentation of the Draft Council Strategic Planning Report, Council Liaison Mike Amery noted the document is scheduled for City Council approval on April 1, 2025. Planning Commission member Chad Olson told the commission he would like the comprehensive plan placed on the CouncilHigh Priority list so the plan receives timely review.
