The Planning Commission reviewed goals, policies and implementation steps in a draft comprehensive plan at the Nov. 25 meeting. City Planner Claire Stickler said many of the draft elements were taken from and updated from the 2011 plan. Commissioners discussed minor edits and asked staff to update the draft for the January meeting.
