The local governing board voted by voice to approve an annexation ordinance after staff confirmed the matter had completed the required 14-day public-notice period. A board member identified in the transcript as the clerk said the ordinance will be published again and the clerk’s office will file it with the county auditor, the circuit court clerk, the secretary of state and the census office.
