Reynolds to replace storm grates and address sinkhole after pipe failure
Public Works reported a rusted pipe that created a large sinkhole on N. Collins St; the council authorized ordering four replacement grates at $3,258.86 each using TSPLOST funds and noted the depot roof repair and USDA water project were progressing.

City public works staff told the Reynolds City Council on July 21 that a pipe at the corner of N. Collins Street has rusted through, creating a large sinkhole that risks washing out the roadway if not repaired. Director Scott Jones said repairs are required and can be paid out of TSPLOST funds.
