Developer withdraws; commission considers downtown setback reductions and a variance on Carrigan lot
At the April 16 meeting the commission learned Central Homes withdrew from a proposed subdivision, discussed reducing downtown setbacks to encourage redevelopment, and heard that a Carrigan property owner will seek a variance to subdivide a narrow lot that does not meet the 75‑foot width requirement.
