Sharon (transit staff) reported that the systemwide on‑time performance improved after the January 12 service change, rising from 64% pre-change to 70% post-change. Sharon said the agency's on‑time target is 80% and that staff will analyze route-level data to plan minor and major service-change windows (two minor and one major per fiscal year) and to identify schedule adjustments for routes underperforming on punctuality.
