Board approves rezone for David and Kelly Maggard parcel in Jasper County
The Jasper County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously June 16 to rezone Parcel #06.10.100.020 owned by David and Kelly Maggard from Agricultural (A) to Rural Residential Large Lot (RR5). The board waived additional readings and recorded a 3-0 vote in favor.

The Jasper County Board of Supervisors on June 16 approved a rezone request for a property owned by David and Kelly Maggard, changing Parcel #06.10.100.020 from Agricultural (A) to Rural Residential Large Lot (RR5). The motion to approve the rezone passed on a recorded vote of Supervisors Cupples, Talsma and Chairman Nearmyer: all voted "Yea."
