Members of the Joint Mental Health & Addiction Recovery Subcommittee reviewed a table of 19 proposals seeking opioid settlement funds and were told the total requested is approximately double the amount available. Robert York, a staff member who presented the packet, said Warren County has begun disbursing funds while Washington County still needs to develop contracts before it can release awards.
