Deputy Clerk Ashley Rauschnot raised a procedural question under New Business about what the city deems "buildable" in relation to subsurface sewage-treatment requirements. She cited Ordinance 70 (Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems), section 4.01.03, which states parcels split after 1996 must use Type 1 systems while parcels that existed prior to that date may be eligible for Type 3 systems.
