The Pine River-Backus School Board reviewed a draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) related to the 2026–27 paraprofessional schedule at its April 6 meeting. According to the minutes, the MOU would add one additional in-service day in August for paraprofessional staff in exchange for moving training out of scheduled early-out days.
