CCRPC adopts procurement policy edits to align with DEC guidance
The Executive Committee adopted edits to the CCRPC Administrative and Operating Policies (Procurement Policy) to remain consistent with Department of Environmental Conservation rules and suggestions; the DEC reviewed and approved the added language.

Dan Albrecht told the committee that CCRPC serves as a Clean Water Service Provider (CWSP) for Northern Lake Champlain Basin and as backup CWSP for several other basins. He presented edits to the Procurement Policy that align CCRPC language with Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) rules and the DEC’s recent suggestions. The DEC reviewed the draft and approved the specific language that staff added.
