City staff recommended the Board of Commissioners continue a one‑year moratorium on collection of Madeira Beach’s local mobility impact fee to allow time to evaluate Kimley‑Horn’s impact‑fee study and to coordinate with Pinellas County’s multimodal transportation fee. The moratorium would be effective on adoption and run through July 31, 2027 unless extended or rescinded by subsequent resolution.
