Working group begins statutory definitions for probation officers and 911 telecommunicators, flags special‑case dispatch centers

Staff presented draft definitions for probation officers and 911 telecommunicators and the group discussed certification, part‑time thresholds, supervisor inclusion and special cases (Metro Transit, university dispatch, airport) to ensure the pension definitions are administrable by MSRS/PAR; definitions will be refined before the Oct. 2 meeting.
