Delaware County commissioners approve routine resolutions, authorize safety assessment and grant applications

The Delaware County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a slate of routine resolutions including approval of electronic minutes, purchase orders, a liquor license referral, an NFPA electrical safety assessment request for qualifications, and a VOCA grant application; they also approved EMA appropriations and several engineering agreements.
