During new-business discussion, a resident said they called Bright Speed and were told the earliest service date in the area could be Sept. 22. Participants said Bright Speed notifies residents and that notification lists can show availability about three weeks out; others said their service from existing providers has been intermittent and one speaker said they switched to AT&T.
