Chittenden County RPC reports roughly $95,000 FY21 surplus, notes temporary June cash shortfall

Staff reported a preliminary surplus of about $95,000, an indirect-rate adjustment requested from VTrans to avoid future penalties, and a temporary low cash balance in June covered by reserves.
