CCRPC approves Act 250 comment letters for Burton project and Cambrian Rise amendment
The committee endorsed CCRPC letters on two Act 250 matters: affirming conformance for The Burton Corporation project and approving an amendment letter for Cambrian Rise (increasing units from 739 to 770); approval to send the Cambrian Rise letter to Rachel Lomonaco was unanimous.

Regina Mahony, CCRPC planning manager, briefed the committee on two Act 250 items on Feb. 3. On The Burton Corporation project, staff conducted a second review of a public comment letter after concerns were raised at the Board meeting and found no inaccuracies; Mahony said CCRPC finds the proposal in conformance with the Planning Areas of the 2018 Chittenden County ECOS Plan and will follow up with neighbors and consult South Burlington and Burlington before sending the final letter.
