Committee clears bill to extend CEQA streamlining for public university housing

Assemblymember Alvarez presented AB 1732, describing the bill as a targeted fix that would allow UC and CSU campuses and community colleges to access the same CEQA streamlining tools already available to other qualifying infill affordable housing projects.
