Commission approves conditional use permit for 900 sq ft accessory apartment at 17220 Keystone Ave

The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of a conditional use permit for a 900-square-foot attached addition to serve as an accessory apartment at 17220 Keystone Avenue, an approximately 10-acre parcel in the northwest corner of Hugo. Max, planning staff, said the accessory apartment is allowed as a conditional use in the agricultural district and that staff found the request meets the performance standards in city code.
