Hugo council extends interim moratorium on cannabis operations, directs staff to draft zoning rules
On Aug. 5 the Hugo City Council approved Ordinance 2024-532 to extend a moratorium on cannabis sales, testing, manufacturing and distribution through Jan. 1, 2025, and authorized staff to prepare text amendments covering time, place and manner regulations for cannabis businesses.
