Staff confirmed the application was advertised and adjoining property owners notified. Commissioners asked about lot size (Cook said 19 acres) and whether a commercial entrance permit had been obtained; Cook said an application for a commercial entrance was in process. After discussion the Commission recommended approval of the special‑use permit with a restriction allowing sales only and prohibiting vehicle servicing.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for final action.
