The Mills County Planning & Zoning Commission met June 9 at the Mills County Annex in Glenwood and received procedural guidance and project updates from Matt Wyant, the county’s zoning consultant. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.; roll call recorded seven commissioners present.
