Decatur City Council adopts Capital Improvement Plan, firefighter time rules and memorial resolution
At its Nov. 18 meeting, the City of Decatur Common Council approved the 2026–2027 Capital Improvement Plan and an ordinance on time for firefighters working in relief, accepted the Redevelopment Commission's annual spending plan into the record, and adopted a resolution honoring former Mayor John L. Schultz.
