Rushford Village planning commission denies incomplete subdivision application, directs enforcement on unpermitted structure
At its Nov. 19, 2024 meeting, the Rushford Village Planning and Zoning Commission denied a subdivision permit application as incomplete, directed staff to notify a landowner over a second unpermitted structure, approved routine agenda items and listed several new residential permits.
