City Engineer Yapp reported that MnDOT's geospatial unit submitted recommended changes to local access on Trunk Highway 71. (by the Wobegon Trail) right-in only for northbound traffic.
Engineer Yapp told the council that the preliminary design is near completion, quantities have been compiled and a cost estimate is being prepared. The minutes note a Highway 71 public meeting planned for the last two weeks of February and an advisory board meeting scheduled for Jan. 15.
