City Engineer Yapp reported that MnDOT's geospatial unit submitted recommended changes to local access on Trunk Highway 71. The recommendations recorded in the minutes are: make 4th St. N. right-out only; do not permit crossing T.H. 71 at 4th St. N.; no northbound left turn onto 4th St. N.; and make Pine St. S. (by the Wobegon Trail) right-in only for northbound traffic.
