Maxwell planning commission recommends Rock Creek Ridge Plat 1 approval with conditions
The Maxwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 20 recommended approval of the Rock Creek Ridge Plat 1 final plat subject to completion of the city engineer’s memorandum items, legal review of a 10-foot parcel sale, required public hearings, and a variance to allow a 60-foot right-of-way without curb and gutters.
