City staff briefed the council on Oct. 6 about a feasibility study and early outreach for the 2026 street improvement project covering 140th Street, Fenway, 130th Street and Farnham Avenue. The project area includes several businesses and HOA parcels for which standard assessment formulas might create disproportionate results.
