The Hibbing Public School District board on March 18, 2026, approved a contract with the Range Center to provide adapted physical education (DAPE) classes for the 2026–2027 school year. Director Jeff Polcher moved the contract approval and Chair John Berklich supported the motion; it carried unanimously.
