Public-works update: NPDES permit samples, chlorine system switch and winter maintenance discussed
Superintendent Ryan Oleson told the council Jan. 6 that the city completed the NPDES permit application but is missing two drawdown samples to be taken in spring; staff also described snow removal, lagoon bacteria maintenance, and planning for a liquid chlorine system that will require a stand for the bulk tank.
