Thompson Zoning Board approves two area variances, leaves another application open
At its April 14 meeting the Town of Thompson Zoning Board of Appeals approved area variances for properties at 74 Gold Point Road (Rock Hill) and 105 Lake Shore Drive (Monticello), deferred the 124 Haddock Road application to May 12, and recorded the withdrawal of a bungalow expansion at 968 Old Liberty Road.
