Denton reinstates maintenance worker after state approval and limits on access

The Village of Denton Board of Trustees reinstated Terry Orme to his position as a part‑time maintenance relief employee effective immediately after Ross Blackledge reported the State approved Orme to enter water system facilities under conditions.
Blackledge told the board that the State had approved Orme as a village employee permitted to enter the water treatment building, the water tower and the well house provided that he makes no changes in the facilities and that he is the only individual permitted to enter them at that time. Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved to reinstate Orme; Trustee Amanda Fangmeier seconded the motion, which carried.
The minutes record the reinstatement and the State’s access condition but do not record additional oversight measures, specific employment terms, or a start date beyond "effective immediately."
