The Exeter City Council voted 5-0 on April 14 to award a contract to QK Inc. to perform a citywide rate study. Public Works Director Zachary Boudreaux presented the contract recommendation and asked that the City Administrator or designee be authorized to execute the necessary contracts and documents.
