Oneida County committee approves preliminary nine‑lot Silverbass Ridge Estates plat with access restriction

The Oneida County Planning and Development Committee on April 1 approved a preliminary nine‑lot County Plat for Silverbass Ridge Estates, lands owned by Scott and Tammy Roehl and submitted by Wilderness Surveying (James D. Rein, surveyor). Staff recommended conditions before final recording that the county land information office approve addressing and 911 information and that required certificates and signatures be obtained prior to recording; the committee also directed that the final plat note a 150‑foot access restriction from the intersection of Northwestern Drive and Forest Lane.
