The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee on April 1 approved a preliminary nine‑lot county plat for Silverbass Ridge Estates, a subdivision of lands owned by Scott and Tammy Roehl in the Town of Newbold. The plat was prepared by Wilderness Surveying (James D. Rein, surveyor) and covers Lots 8, 9 and 10 of CSM 3585 (PINs NE‑229‑6, NE‑229‑7, NE‑229‑8).
