Selectboard backs MVP floodplain study, hears APR notice and departmental requests
The boards voted to support an MVP grant application for a South Sunderland floodplain study, were notified of a proposed APR on the Kolasinski property, and heard departmental requests including equipment for the Assessor and a request for a Selectboard member to join the FCAT board.

At the March 9 hybrid meeting, Sunderland officials covered several miscellaneous but consequential items: a proposed Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) on a private property, a requested letter of support for a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) grant to study South Sunderland flooding, an Assessor’s equipment request, and a request from FCAT for a Selectboard representative.
