The Carbon County Board of County Commissioners on July 1 approved an on-call engineering services contract award to Stahly Engineering. Commissioner Scott Miller moved to approve Stahly Engineering for the county's on-call services contract; Commissioner Bill Bullock seconded and the minutes record that the motion carried.
