Warren County board approves variance for Russell home addition
The Warren County Zoning Hearing Board on June 10 unanimously approved a variance allowing Russell homeowner Dylan Dubois to add about 429.33 square feet (roughly 22.6%) to a nonconforming dwelling at 1330 South Main St in Pine Grove Township; the board found the addition would not increase the existing setback nonconformity.
