At its April 29 meeting the Oneida County Planning and Development Committee approved the agenda and minutes, elected Dan Hess vice chair, extended review on a conditional use permit for 103 Elm Street LLC by 60 days, left Section 9.77 (parking) as written, approved a $344 refund, and scheduled future meetings for May.
