Oneida County Planning & Development Committee advances zoning amendment, keeps parking rules and extends permit review

At its April 29 meeting the committee held a public hearing on Ordinance Amendment #13-2025 (no public comments), voted to send the amendment into resolution format for further committee review, retained Section 9.77 on off-street parking as written, extended a Conditional Use Permit review by 60 days, approved a $344 refund, and elected Dan Hess as vice chair.
