Council approves three-year sheriff’s contract, inspectors and code-enforcement plan discussed
Nibley approved a three-year contract with the county sheriff’s office to fund dedicated deputy patrol hours; the first-year budgeted amount is $136,440 with planned increases in years two and three. Sheriff Jensen also discussed a proposed regional full-time code-enforcement position and enforcement priorities.
