At the May 28 meeting, Library Director Electra Branwin presented two draft budget pathways for the 2027 submission and urged trustees to finalize a direction ahead of the county deadline. She said the board must deliver a budget to the county by Aug. 15 and aim for a June board approval to allow city council review in July.
