The Town Board authorized two Article 7 tax certiorari settlements that reduce 2025 assessments: Kirchhoff & Younes (from $560,500 to $515,000) and Sullivan & Mumm (from $2,185,100 to $1,965,000). Town counsel was authorized to execute necessary documents.
