Zone map change PC2026‑035 continued to July 13, 2026

At the start of the June 22 meeting the commission considered a request to continue docket PC2026‑035, a zone map change. Attorney Brian Tui asked the commission to continue the case to the July 13, 2026 meeting to give the petitioner time to respond to recent planning staff comments. "We would respectfully ask the plan commission to continue this case to the July 13th meeting," Tui said. Staff indicated its support for the continuance and the commission moved to continue the item (motion by Mr. Lexi, second by Mr. Price). The chair announced the matter will be heard on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the chambers; because the file was not open for testimony this evening no public testimony was taken on that docket.
