Premier Lakes reports maintenance progress; compressor sound reduced but tone remains a concern
Premier Lakes reported algae growth and routine maintenance, said a cabinet reduced the Masters Lake compressor noise from about 64 to 52 decibels, but Operations Manager Shane Willis said the aerator's tone remains a problem; plantings at Lake E4-A are on hold pending agreement with the Edgewater Association.

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes briefed the River Ridge board on July 23 that the lakes, preserves and dry retention areas were generally in good condition though seasonal algae growth was observed. Kurth said a palm tree at the shoreline of Lake E7A had been removed as part of routine maintenance.
