Regional coordinating committee adopts TIP, raises STU amendment threshold
The HATS coordinating committee adopted the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), affirmed air-quality conformity, and voted to raise the STU amendment threshold from $250,000 to $1,000,000 to reduce administrative delays caused by inflation. Several related procedural resolutions and public-comment dispositions were also approved.
