Staff reported to the Wakefield Board of Assessors that the Department of Revenue kickoff for the multi‑town revaluation is underway and that Wakefield and Reading should be the easier certifications, with Lynnfield requiring more correction work. Staff said they are prioritizing completing Wakefield and Reading quickly and saving the heavier work for late summer.
