River Ridge CDD approves board appointment, design work and multiple maintenance actions
At its Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District unanimously appointed Keith Merrill to the vacant Seat 1, adopted Resolution 2025‑01 electing officers, authorized RG Architects for gatehouse redesign under Bowman subconsulting terms, approved emergency street sweeping and a drainage easement, and ratified the FY2023 audit.
